privacy

We have a separate page on the subject of data protection , on which we provide you with comprehensive information. In a nutshell, waynegoetz.com does not collect any personal data, does not incorporate any external resources or analysis services, and IP addresses are only shortened and only recorded for the purpose of statistical analysis and then deleted soon afterwards. The exception to this is the establishment of contact via our future contact form.

We hereby expressly object to the use of the contact data published in the context of the imprint obligation by third parties to send advertising and information materials that have not been expressly requested. The operators of the pages expressly reserve the right to take legal action in the event of unsolicited sending of advertising information, such as spam emails.

Limitation of Liability

The website was created with the greatest possible care. The provider of this website assumes no liability for the correctness, completeness and topicality of the content and information provided. Use of the website content is at your own risk. Using the website alone does not create any contractual relationship between the user and the provider.

As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with general law in accordance with Section 7 (1) TMG. According to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, as a service provider, we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to research circumstances that indicate illegal activity. Obligations to remove or block the use of information according to general laws remain unaffected. However, liability in this regard is only possible from the point in time at which we become aware of a specific legal violation. As soon as we become aware of such legal violations, we will remove this content immediately.

In terms of link liability, we save ourselves the usual disclaimer, which in the opinion of most lawyers is not legally effective anyway.
